What materials of construction (MOC) are available for your equipment?

All our equipment is available in SS304, SS316, SS316L, and Carbon Steel as standard options. For highly corrosive or specialized applications, we also manufacture in exotic alloys including Hastelloy C-276, Monel, Inconel, and Titanium. Rubber-lined, PP-lined, and PTFE-lined options are available for specific chemical resistance requirements. The MOC is selected based on your process fluid characteristics, operating temperature, and pressure our engineering team can recommend the right material for your application.

Do you manufacture custom equipment or only standard sizes?

Every piece of equipment we manufacture is custom-engineered to your process specifications. We do not sell off-the-shelf standard models. Filtration area, vessel capacity, design pressure, design temperature, MOC, agitator type, nozzle sizing, and overall dimensions are all designed to match your specific plant requirements and layout. This approach ensures you get equipment that fits your process exactly, rather than adapting your process to fit standard equipment.

Our after-sales support includes installation and commissioning assistance at your site, operator training, supply of spare parts (filter leaves, gaskets, seals, agitator blades), equipment reconditioning and refurbishment, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC). Our service team of engineers and technicians is available for scheduled maintenance as well as breakdown support. Most of our business comes from repeat clients that relationship starts with reliable after-sales service, not just equipment delivery.

Do you supply filtration equipment for copper and non-ferrous electrolytic refining?

Yes. Electrolyte clarification for non-ferrous tankhouses is one of our core specialisms. We have supplied around 1,000 filtration units worldwide across 400+ installations, including 25 units into copper refining across India, Africa and Europe, with capacities from 5 to 350 m3/hr in horizontal, vertical and rotary leaf and precoat designs. Several of these installations have been in service for 20 to 25 years, with customers returning for repeat orders. We also supply reusable SS316 mesh leaves that avoid recurring filter-cloth cost.
