Sharpenn Technologies designs and manufactures solvent extraction plants for extracting oil from oilseeds and oil cakes using hexane-based technology. Solvent extraction achieves oil recovery rates significantly higher than mechanical pressing, making it preferred for large-scale operations. Our plants cover seed preparation to meal desolventization, with miscella filtration and distillation for solvent recovery. Manufactured at our Thane facility for processing soybean, rice bran, sunflower, cottonseed, rapeseed, and other oilseeds.
