Sharpenn Technologies manufactures industrial mixing vessels and blending tanks for homogeneous mixing of liquids, dissolution of solids, and preparation of solutions, suspensions, and emulsions across pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, and cosmetic industries. Available in SS304, SS316, SS316L, and Carbon Steel with capacities from small batches to large industrial volumes. Each vessel features appropriately selected agitator type, optional jacketing for temperature control, and construction designed for easy cleaning. Manufactured at our Thane, Maharashtra facility since 1994.

Working Principal

Cylindrical tank with centrally-mounted agitator driven by electric motor through gearbox. Agitator type selected based on viscosity and mixing intensity.

Low-viscosity (water-like): Propeller or turbine agitators for high-shear mixing. Medium-viscosity (syrups): Paddle agitators for effective blending. High-viscosity (pastes): Anchor or ribbon agitators sweep entire volume.

Optional jacket allows heating or cooling during mixing — essential for dissolution processes or exothermic mixing.
