About

Sharpenn Technologies manufactures industrial hydrocyclones for efficient liquid-solid separation and particle classification. The hydrocyclone has no moving parts — feed slurry is pumped in at high pressure through a tangential inlet, creating a high-speed spin that generates centrifugal forces separating particles by size and density. This makes it extremely reliable, low-maintenance, and ideal for continuous operation. Manufactured in SS304, SS316, and wear-resistant materials at our Thane facility for mineral processing, starch manufacturing, water treatment, chemical processing, and pulp & paper industries.
