Working Principal

A precision-machined tubular bowl rotates at very high speed inside a stationary housing. Feed liquid enters the bottom of the spinning bowl.

Centrifugal force pushes heavier components toward the bowl wall while lighter components remain closer to the center. For liquid-liquid separation, two liquids are collected at different radii through separate outlets. For liquid-solid separation, solids accumulate on the bowl wall while clear liquid overflows.
