Sharpenn Technologies designs, manufactures, and commissions edible oil refining plants for processing crude vegetable oils into refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) oil. Our plants include the complete train — degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization — with individual equipment manufactured at our Thane facility. We serve edible oil manufacturers processing mustard, soybean, sunflower, groundnut, rice bran, palm, and other vegetable oils. Working Principal

Stage 1

Degumming: Removal of phospholipids (gums) from crude oil using water or phosphoric acid.
