About

Sharpenn Technologies manufactures industrial drum flakers for converting molten liquids into solid flakes through controlled cooling. The drum flaker works in reverse of the drum dryer — instead of heating, the drum surface is cooled internally by chilled water or refrigerant. Molten material is applied as a thin film on the rotating drum surface, solidifies during rotation, and is scraped off as uniform flakes. Manufactured in SS304, SS316, and Carbon Steel at our Thane facility for chemical processing, wax and resin manufacturing, food ingredient production, and specialty chemicals.
