Chemical Reactor (SS304/316)

Chemical reactor manufacturer. SS304/316/Hastelloy. Jacketed reactors for pharma, chemical & food. Custom design.

About

Sharpenn Technologies manufactures chemical reactors — process vessels in high-resistance alloys and stainless steel for carrying out chemical reactions under controlled conditions. Available in SS304, SS316, SS316L, Carbon Steel, and exotic alloys including Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, and Titanium, with sizes from lab scale to large industrial capacity. Reactor design is determined by reaction thermodynamics and kinetics, with configurations optimized for exothermic reactions requiring rapid heat removal. Manufactured at our Thane facility with in-house design, fabrication, and testing.

Working Principal

Feature Icon

Batch Operation:

Reactants are charged, heated/cooled to required temperature via the jacket, and agitated for the specified time. The jacket provides precise temperature control — critical for exothermic reactions where heat must be removed quickly to prevent runaway.

Agitation:

Design selected based on viscosity and mixing requirements. Low-viscosity: turbine/propeller. High-viscosity: anchor/paddle.
