Sharpenn Technologies manufactures Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryers (ANFD) — multipurpose equipment combining filtration, washing, re-slurrying, and drying in a single enclosed vessel. Used in pharmaceutical API manufacturing, fine chemical production, and dye/pigment processing, the ANFD eliminates separate filtration and drying equipment, reducing handling, contamination risk, and solvent exposure. Manufactured in SS316, SS316L, and Hastelloy at our Thane facility with capacities from pilot-scale to large production. Features hydraulically-operated agitator, jacketed vessel, and complete sealing for vacuum/pressure operation.
